Siempre que por necesidades del servicio o por retiro del empleado haya lugar a compensar las vacaciones en dinero, la Administración Postal Nacional reconocerá y pagará a sus empleados la prima correspondiente. Este criterio se aplicará en toda compensación de vacaciones que se autoricen a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, así las vacaciones compensadas se hayan causado con anterioridad.
