Durante el receso de las Cámaras Legislativas las Comisiones de la Mesa de cada una de las mismas, y la Presidencia de cada una de las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes, dictarán las resoluciones del caso, a fin de que los empleados que tengan derecho al uso de vacaciones, disfruten de éstas durante el periodo de receso, sin que por ninguna consideración les sean pagadas en dinero.
