Artículo segundo. De las partidas anteriormente distribuidas, las respectivas Juntas Organizadoras de las mencionadas Ferias Exposiciones Agropecuarias, o Ferias Ganaderas, deberán adquirir los trofeos necesarios, los cuales portarán la leyenda "Ministerio de Agricultura", y deberán dedicar uno al mejor expositor pecuario y otro al mejor expositor agrícola, y los restantes a libre adjudicación a juicio de la Junta Organizadora, o de los Jueces del concurso, si lo hubiere.
