NOMENCLATURA Y CLASIFICACION DE LOS EMPLEADOS INTENDENCIALES O COMISARIALES. Corresponde a los Consejos Intendenciales o Comisariales a iniciativa del Intendente o Comisario respectivo, adoptar la nomenclatura y clasificación de los empleos de las Intendencias y Comisarías, secretarias y de sus oficinas y dependencias y fijar las escalas de remuneración de las distintas categorías de empleos. Estas mismas funciones serán cumplidas por los Consejos, respecto de los empleos de las Tesorerías.
