División de Análisis e Investigación . De acuerdo con las políticas e instrucciones señaladas por el Subdirector, son funciones de la División de Análisis e Investigación

a)

Elaborar manuales de procedimiento conjuntamente con la División de Organización y Procedimientos de la Oficina de Planeación y diseñar e implementar técnicas de investigación de bienes;

b)

Implantar y desarrollar técnicas de negociación que faciliten el cobro persuasivo;

c)

Adelantar procesos de cobro coactivo, conforme con la delegación del Subdirector;

d)

Conformar un banco de datos para efectos de ubicar los bienes de los contribuyentes morosos;

e)

Las demás que le asigne el Subdirector de Cobranzas.
