ARTICULO 145 . INSUFICIENCIA DE COMPETENCIA. Si el funcionario con atribuciones disciplinarias que ordenó la investigación carece de competencia para imponer la sanción a que haya lugar, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 125 de este decreto, procederá a consignar tal circunstancia mediante auto debidamente motivado, y a remitir de inmediato lo actuado al superior funcional competente, para que profiera la decisión correspondiente. Contra el auto a que se refiere este artículo no procederá recurso alguno.
