Mientras no se haya ejecutoriado el auto que decrete pruebas pedidas por alguno de los interesados, los demás podrán solicitar que se ordenen las que tiendan a impugnar, aclarar o adicionar los hechos en aquéllas contenidos; pero el término para practicarlas será el ordinario de treinta días.
