Todo conductor de trenes llevará un registro en que anotará los incidentes que ocurran durante el viaje, sea de los empleados que van en el tren, de los guardavías o celadores del camino o de los mismos pasajeros.

Este registro hará fe acerca de lo ocurrido en el viaje, salvo prueba en contrario.
