Este establecimiento dependerá en cuanto a su orientación, organización y funcionamiento del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el cual procederá a elaborar, inmediatamente entre en vigencia la presente Ley, el pensum y los programas respectivos, en tal forma que se atienda a la formación intelectual de los alumnos y a su enseñanza practica y técnica en el ramo agrícola, especialmente en lo que se relaciona con los cultivos propios de la correspondiente zona económica.
