Principio de coordinación . La Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (Uspec) y el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec) coordinarán todas sus actuaciones en el marco de sus respectivas competencias, de tal forma que se garantice el adecuado cumplimiento de los objetivos para los cuales fueron creadas y se materialicen los principios que orientan la administración pública en general y el sistema penitenciario y carcelario en particular.
