Resoluciones . Los actos y decisiones del Director General que constituyan actos administrativos frente a terceros y que sean expedidos en ejercicio de las funciones a él asignadas por la ley, por este Decreto o por los reglamentos, se denominarán resoluciones, sólo serán susceptibles del recurso de reposición, se refrendarán por el Secretario General y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan.
