º Aclarase el artículo 3º del Decreto extraordinario 590 de 1987, en el sentido de que en la asignación básica señalada para los empleos Director Regional, Director de Unidad Administrativa Especial, Registrador Seccional, Registrador Principal de Bogotá y Registrador Principal de las demás capitales, se encuentra incluida la remuneración adicional de que trata el artículo 9º del Decreto-ley 156 de 1987. En consecuencia, entiéndese derogado el artículo 9º del Decreto extraordinario 156 de 1987.
