Norma Transitoria. En las declaraciones de importación que se presenten a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente- Decreto, se deberá utilizar la nomenclatura en él contenida, sin perjuicio de que en los registros o licencias de importación, se haya utilizado la nomenclatura vigente en la fecha de expedición o aprobación del respectivo documento soporte.
