Articulo 10. La Gaceta Judicial , como órgano de publicidad de la Corte Suprema de Justicia tiene el carácter de publicación oficial, como sección del Diario Oficial ; en consecuencia, todas las autoridades, corporaciones y funcionarios públicos de Colombia darán entera fe a los documentos oficiales que en dicha hoja periódica se publiquen. Corresponde al Secretario de la Corte Suprema, Sala Plena, la autenticación de la Gaceta Judicial en los casos que se necesiten.
