Artículo segundo. Autorízase al señor Tesorero General de la República para firmar los títulos de las acciones del "Hotel de Turismo de Girardot, S. A.", que por valor de doscientos sesenjta y ocho mil seiscientos treinta pesos ($ 268.630) moneda corriente, tiene en custodia, a fin de que se verifique el traspaso a favor del Municipio de Girardot de acuerdo con los estatutos de la sociedad.
