ARTICULO 129 . SUPRESION DEL FONDO DE INMUEBLES NACIONALES.- Suprímese el Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, establecimiento público del orden nacional, creado por la ley 47 de 1971, modificado por la ley 51 de 1982 y reglamentado por los Decretos 369 de 1972 y 879 de 1979. En consecuencia, dicho Fondo entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá efectuarse en un término máximo de un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto. La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
