Artículo segundo. El auxilio de transporte de que trata la Ley 15 regirá, en beneficio de todo trabajador dependiente, cuya remuneración mensual no sea superior a mil quinientos pesos ($1.500.00) , y que resida o trabaje en los siguientes Municipios: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Manizales, Bucaramanga, Ibagué, Cúcuta, Pasto, Santa Marta, Neiva, Popayán, Pereira, Palmira, Armenia y Tulúa.
