El Ministerio de Obras Públicas incluirá en el plan de pavimentación de carreteras nacionales de 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967 y 1968, las calles y carreras comprendidas en el sector urbano de la ciudad de Puerto Tejada, que de la plaza principal van al Hortigal, Padilla, Santander y Cali, hasta donde termina el área urbana, y las entregará pavimentadas tomando de sus fondos, sin costo alguno para el Municipio.
