Pertenecen a la Nación los rendimientos contenidos por los organismos y entidades públicas con recursos del Presupuesto Nacional, originados en depósitos del ahorro corriente o en valor constante, a la vista o a término, u otro tipo de títulos, bonos, cédulas y otros valores, emitidos por el sistema financiero. Estos rendimientos se consignarán, a medida que se causen en la Tesorería General de la República fondos comunes.
