Ejecutoriado el auto de que trata el artículo anterior, continuará el proceso su tramitación ordinaria contra el responsable o responsables de los hechos punibles. Al agente de aduana que realice los actos descritos en el artículo 102, se le cancelará en forma definitiva. su licencia, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales correspondientes.
