° Los Comandos de las Brigadas avisarán en oportunidad al Ministerio de Guerra (Departamento de Personal), las solicitudes que reciban para expedición de las cédulas y esperarán la autorización de dicho departamento para extenderlas. El Departamento de personal llevará un control exacto de las cédulas que se expidan en la República al personal militar, fijando a los Comandantes de la Brigada una serie numérica determinada, para evitar repeticiones.
