ARTICULO 23. De los Funcionarios con Nombramiento Provisional.- Los funcionarios que hayan sido nombrados provisionalmente para desempeñar cargos de carrera de seguridad social, que en la planta de personal del Instituto de Seguros Sociales tengan una categoría igual o inferior a la de Profesional Especializado o Jefe de Sección o su equivalente, a quienes se les suprima el cargo como consecuencia de la reestructuración de la entidad en desarrollo del Artículo Transitorio 20 de la Constitución Política, tendrán derecho al pago de una bonificación equivalente a 30 días de salario por cada año de servicios continuos y proporcionalmente por fracción.
