Artículo único. Exonérase al señor Luis Santrich, ex-Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional en Santamarta, de la responsabilidad que la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas le ha deducido en las cuentas que rindiera, correspondientes a los meses de setiembre de mil ochocientos sesenta i ocho, a febrero de mil ochocientos sesenta i nueve. En consecuencia, desde la sancion de la presente lei, la referida Oficina de Cuentas dará por terminado este asunto, i procederá a estender el correspondiente finiquito a favor del citado Santrich.
