A partir del 1º de enero de 2001, la remuneración mensual del Director Ejecutivo de la Administración Judicial por concepto de asignación básica será la suma de un millón ciento quince mil cincuenta y seis pesos ($1.115.056) moneda corriente, y por concepto de gastos de representación un millón novecientos cincuenta y ocho mil seiscientos pesos ($1.958.600) moneda corriente.
