ARTICULO 46. LICENCIA ESPECIAL. El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o el Director General de la Policía Nacional cuando en él se delegue, podrá conceder licencia sin derecho a sueldo ni prestaciones sociales, al policial cuyo cónyuge o compañero (a) permanente, sea destinado en comisión al exterior y ostente la calidad de servidor público, hasta por un término igual al de la duración de la comisión. Este tiempo no se computará para efectos de la actividad policial ni para el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales.
