Se comprenden en situación de retiro temporal, los Oficiales retirados del servicio activo por solicitud propia o por llamamiento a calificar servicios, mientras llegan a las edades fijadas en este Decreto. Llegados a estas edades pasan a la situación de reserva, con obligaciones militares hasta los 60 años.
