Art. 310. El que no hubiere sido aprobado con plenitud en algún examen preparatorio, podrá obtener que, dentro de los treinta días siguientes al de ese examen, se le examine de nuevo; pero si dentro de ese término no hiciere la solicitud del caso ó si, hecha ésta y repetido el examen, tampoco fuere en éste aprobado con plenitud, no podrá presentar otra vez este mismo examen sin haber antes cursado de nuevo por un año escolar completo las materias sobre que el mismo versó.
