Audiencia por presunto incumplimiento . Producto del seguimiento a los proyectos y cuando haya lugar a ello, la Secretaría Técnica elaborará un informe de evaluación que detallará el presunto incumplimiento y del cual correrá traslado al responsable para su conocimiento, citándolo a audiencia para que ejerza el derecho de defensa.
