A los departamentos, intendencias y comisarías y al distrito especial de Bogotá les será entregado el valor total del producto del impuesto adicional del 10% a los cigarrillos de producción nacional, creado por el artículo 2° de la ley 30 de 1971, en proporción al consumo que se efectué en cada uno de ellos.
