El centinela que, hallándose en lugar declarado en estado de sitio por causa de guerra internacional, pero no frente al enemigo, o frente al enemigo civil o interior, cometiere alguno de los delitos enumerados en los artículos precedentes, será castigado con la mitad de las penas establecidas en dichos artículos.
