ARTICULO 14 . CONTROL Y MEDIDAS. El Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho designará en forma permanente un delegado del Grupo de Veeduría del Ministerio, ante el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, para velar por el cumplimiento de las normas legales, el debido proceso de las investigaciones, el cumplimiento de las sanciones impuestas y en general, para tomar nota de las quejas públicas contra la administración del sistema penitenciario y carcelario, estudiar su fundamento con el fin de que se hagan las averiguaciones correspondientes y se apliquen los correctivos que sean necesarios.
