Art. 76 Para ganar un curso se necesita: 1.° Asistir á la clase respectiva y desempeñar en ella las tareas señaladas. 2.° Asistir á los exámenes mensuales y demás actos del Instituto. 3.° Presentar los exámenes anuales y obtener aprobacion en ellos. 4.° Concurrir el certámen público del Instituto. capítulo 15.
