Vencido este último término, el Juez remite el expediente al Tribunal Superior, para que éste, en Sala de Decisión, elija un administrador de la comunidad, tres árbitros y el número de agrimensores y avaluadores que considere necesario, y les señale sus correspondientes honorarios o dotaciones.

Los avaluadores y los agrimensores pueden ser unas mismas personas.
