Calificación de la falta e imposición de las sanciones . Vencido el término de que trata el artículo anterior y dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles posteriores al mismo, la autoridad competente procederá a calificar la falta y a imponer la sanción que considere del caso de acuerdo con dicha calificación.
