Quienes tengan asociación profesional o comunidad de oficina con miembros de la Junta Directiva, o sean sus consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están asimismo inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos a aquéllos. Las demás normas legales sobre incompatibilidades se aplicarán en cuanto no sean contrarias a las aquí señaladas.
