ARTICULO 1o . Integración de la Junta de Acreedores . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 298 del Decreto 663 de 1993, la Junta estará integrada por cinco miembros, tres de ellos serán los acreedores cuyos créditos vigentes sean los de mayor cuantía y dos serán designados periódicamente por el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, mediante el mecanismo y conforme a los criterios que se determinan a continuación.
