Junta Preparatoria. El día 20 de julio en el inicio del cuatrienio constitucional, en que de conformidad con la Constitución Política deba reunirse el Congreso en un solo cuerpo para la instalación de sus sesiones, y a partir de las 3 p.m., los Senadores y Representantes presentes en el Salón Elíptico o en el recinto señalado para tal efecto, se constituirán en Junta Preparatoria.
