A las personas que concurran a las barras, o a las partes, que durante la audiencia lancen expresiones injuriosas o ultrajantes a juicio del Juez, contra las autoridades civiles o militares, se les impone por el Juez una multa de, diez a cien pesos, convertible en arresto. Si no obstante lo anterior, la parte sancionada reincidiere en la infracción, se suspende en el uso de la palabra, y si se trata del defensor, y el acusado no quiere nombrar otro, el Juez lo nombra de oficio, pudiendo suspender la audiencia para continuarla oportunamente.
