º. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero podrá garantizar ante los Bancos Comerciales mediante los requisitos que establezca la Junta Directiva de dicha entidad, los créditos que concedan los Bancos Comerciales de acuerdo con este Decreto. Los gastos que implique esta garantía serán por cuenta del prestatario.
