El Gobierno Nacional procederá a tomar las medidas tendientes a la nacionalización del Colegio Departamental de segunda enseñanza establecido en la ciudad de El Banco, Departamento del Magdalena, a fin de que dicho plantel funcione en adelante como un colegio nacional sometido a las normas y reglamentaciones que rigen esta clase de institutos.
