ARTICULO 2.4.4.4.2 . - RECURSOS PARA LA MICROEMPRESA, LA PEQUEÑA Y LA MEDIANA INDUSTRIA. El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, a través de la Corporación Financiera Popular S.A. destinará anualmente un siete por ciento (7 %) de sus recursos de crédito, al financiamiento de la microempresa y la industria pequeña y mediana.
