Art. 5.° El Poder Ejecutivo determinará provisionalmente, con vista de las cartas jeográficas de Venezuela i Colombia i los documentos que existan en la respectiva Secretaría de su Despacho, los límites del territorio de San Faustino en la parte que linda con la República vecina, para el efecto de hacer las adjudicaciones de baldíos que en esa frontera se solicitaren.
