Prima de riesgo. El personal carcelario y penitenciario a que se refiere el artículo 27 del presente decreto tendrá derecho a una prima de riesgo, que no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación o sueldo básico mensual.
