Pérdida de honorarios. Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 28 de la Ley 550 de 1999, en caso de remoción, el promotor perderá sus honorarios. Dentro de los diez días siguientes a la ejecutoria del acto que la decreta, deberá restituir a la empresa la sumas recibidas a dicho título ajustadas con el Indice de Precios al Consumidor desde la fecha de su recepción y hasta su devolución. El acto mencionado presta mérito ejecutivo y en él se ordenará hacer efectiva la póliza que ampare la restitución de honorarios.
