ARTICULO 18. Para los efectos del artículo anterior se considerarán como fraudes, principalmente, los siguientes: a). La adulteración o enmendadura de las partidas sobre estado civil. b). La inscripción de hijos fallecidos, o el cobro de cuotas por hijos muertos; c). La inscripción o cobro de subsidios por hijos que no dependan económicamente del trabajador; d). La falta de aviso oportuno sobre muerte del hijo, abandono del hogar por éste u ocupación remunerada del mismo.
