Art. 3.° Las Oficinas que hagan los pagos harán el tiempo de verificarlos, los descuentos de que habla el artículo anterior, y los fondos correspondientes al Monte Pío Militar estarán a la orden de la Dirección General del mismo que existirá en la capital de la República El Poder Ejecutivo reglamentará su administración y contabilidad.
