Art. 1 ° Desde el mes de Enero próximo, los remates para la amortización de documentos de Deuda pública y para las órdenes de pago de que tratan las leyes 93 y 95 menoionadas, se ejecutarán en los cinco últimos días, no feriados establecidos por el decreto número 45 de 1886 ( Diario Oficial número 6928) dictado en ejecución de la Ley 87 de 1886, y las resoluciones concernientes al mismo asunto.
