El mandato comprenderá los actos para los cuales haya sido conferido y aquellos que sean necesarios para su cumplimiento.

En mandato general no comprenderá los actos que excedan del giro ordinario del negocio, o negocios encomendados, salvo que se haya otorgado autorización expresa y especial.
