Apruébase la convención entre Colombia y el Ecuador, adicional al Tratado de 5 de Noviembre de 1904, firmada en esta ciudad el día 5 de Junio de 1907 por Su Excelencia el señor General don Alfredo Vásquez Cobo, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, y Su Excelencia el señor General don Julio Andrade, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario del Ecuador.
