Artículo séptimo Tanto las sumas a que den derecho por vencimiento las cédulas de capitalización de que trata este Decreto, como los préstamos hipotecarios que ellas generen por sorteo, deberán destinarse a las finalidades previstas en los Decretos 2755 de 1966, 2076 de 1967 o 3118 de 1968 (artículo 16), según el caso, o reinvertirse en cédulas de la misma clase y características.
